4. Payments

• A deposit may be required prior to commencement.
• Progress and final payments are due as invoiced. Late payments may attract reasonable administration or interest charges as permitted by law.
• Materials may remain our property until paid in full.

5. Site Access & Client Responsibilities

• Provide clear access to the site and any required utilities (power, water, parking).
• Obtain approvals/permissions not expressly included in our scope (e.g., council approvals) unless otherwise agreed.
• Remove or disclose known hazards (e.g., underground services). We will take reasonable care but are not responsible for undisclosed services.

6. Warranties & Limitations

• We warrant our workmanship to be carried out with due care and skill.
• Natural materials (timber, stone, concrete) may vary in colour/texture and weather over time.
• We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, unauthorised alterations, or extreme weather events.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss.

7. Delays & Force Majeure

Timeframes are estimates. We are not liable for delays outside our control (e.g., severe weather, supply issues, illness, industrial action). We will keep you informed and reschedule as needed.

8. Intellectual Property

Designs, drawings, photos, text, and other materials on this site are our intellectual property (or used under licence) and must not be reproduced without written consent.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
